Morning of Arrival Day 1

Today is a big day as we get ready for the Sherwood group to arrive. They will be landing in the San Jose airport which is in the Central Valley. The elevation of the Central Valley is around 3000ft and surrounded by mountains and volcanos. When I woke up this morning at 5am I was happy to see a beautiful day in the Central Valley. One thing for certain in the tropics is that the climate is uncertain. But today it looks like a sunny day and around 75 degrees so I hope they left their snow jackets in Oregon. This is a picture of the Central Valley that I took this morning. As you can see there are mountains on the other side. The picture was taken from the side of the volcanos at an elevation of around 5,000ft. The Valley down below is where the airport is. Well I better get ready we have to go take good care of the Sherwood group and show them this beautiful country. Have a great day and stay tuned to find out how the arrival and rest of the day goes...
